At Refined Palm Oil Netherlands, our process reflects our dedication to quality, sustainability, and innovation. From the moment our palm fruits are planted to when our refined products reach your hands, every step is meticulously managed to deliver excellence.

We begin with lush, well-managed plantations where palm trees are cultivated using sustainable farming practices. Our commitment to the environment means we prioritize soil health, efficient water use, and biodiversity. Healthy trees yield better fruits, and our focus on sustainability ensures a consistent supply without compromising nature.

Harvesting is done at the peak of ripeness to ensure maximum oil quality. Skilled workers carefully collect the fruit bunches and transport them promptly to prevent spoilage. This rapid process maintains the freshness of the fruit and lays the foundation for premium oil extraction.

 

Fruit Processing & Oil Extraction

Once the fruits arrive at our processing facilities, they are sterilized to loosen the oil-bearing fruits from the bunches. Next, the fruits undergo a mechanical pressing process to extract Crude Palm Oil (CPO). This unrefined oil is the starting point for creating the high-quality refined oils our customers trust.

Refining the Oil

At this stage, the crude oil is transformed into Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized (RBD) Palm Oil. Through cutting-edge refining techniques, we remove impurities, ensuring the oil meets stringent food and industrial standards. This process produces versatile products like:

  • RBD Palm Olein CP6, CP8, and CP10: Used in cooking, frying, and food production.
  • Crude Palm Oil: A raw material for industrial applications

Fractionation & Specialized Products

To meet diverse market needs, we fractionate the refined oil into different components. This process separates the liquid (olein) from the solid (stearin) portions, resulting in products with specific properties. For instance:

  • CP6 Olein: Ultra-clear oil for cooler climates.
  • CP10 Olein: Affordable, high-performing oil for warmer regions.

Packaging and distribution

Our oils are packaged in secure, customizable options to suit various industries. From bulk containers for large-scale manufacturers to retail-friendly formats, we ensure our products maintain freshness and integrity during transportation.
